Pratap Public School, Sector-6, Karnal, organized a seminar on “Promoting Mental Health and Wellness among Students.” on 11 July,2026. The programme was conducted under the esteemed guidance of the school management and the inspiring leadership of the Principal, Ms. Puja Waalia Mann, whose commitment to the holistic growth and well-being of students made the event truly meaningful. The seminar commenced with a ceremonial lamp lighting and the welcoming of the guests with eco-friendly planters. Resource persons Ms. Disha Kalra and Ms. Deepti Rawat shared valuable insights on stress management, emotional well-being, academic balance, and positive mental health. The session was highly interactive, enriching, and gave insights to teachers to inspire students to prioritize self-care while continuing to pursue their goals with renewed energy and confidence.
