Our little champs of classes 1 and 2 participated in Health and Hygiene held on 7-5-26 with great enthusiasm and excitement as they prepared healthy dishes like fruit chaat, sprout salad and Bhelpuri.
The activity beautifully combined fun with learning and helped children to understand the importance of healthy eating and hygiene practice.

Christmas Celebration
Pratap Public School, Sector-6, Karnal, celebrated Christmas with great grandeur. The school auditorium buzzed with festive cheer. The students showcased their talents through melodious musical performances that captivated the audience. In addition, they delighted everyone with spirited Christmas-themed dances, blending both traditional and contemporary tunes. English Declamation Competition (Class V)
Pratap Public School, Sector -6 organised an English Declamation Competition for the students of class V on 18th November. The event aimed to foster public speaking skills, confidence, and effective communication skills amongst the students.
They gave impassioned speeches on the topics:
* Knowledge is Power
* Importance of Reading
* Joy of Helping Others
The competition was adjudged by Ms. Leena Kalra & Ms. Parul Singh.
Principal Ma’am and Incharge Ma’am congratulated the winners and the participants for their efforts.
Special Assembly (GurPurab)
Pratap Public School , Sector-6 , celebrated Gurpurab with exceptional devotion and joy. The students of class IIA conducted a special assembly on the occasion of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s birthday to highlight the significance of the festival for the young generations. The celebration commenced with a heartfelt prayer honoring the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the first Sikh Guru and the visionary behind the Sikh faith. Serenity and calmness floated in the air with the beautiful humming of the shabads.
Gala Assembly (ChildrenтАЩs day)
Every child is a gift of nature, a bundle of joy, and a beacon of hope.
Children’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Pratap Public School, Sector-6, on 14th November .On this joyous occasion, the students of II B and II C participated in a special assembly.A speech on Children’s Day and ‘Bacho ki Baat’ by the students delighted everyone. The role play gave the message of the importance of education and hard work. Everyone was full of appreciation for the impeccable dance performance of the tiny tots. The vibrant performances showcased the immense ardour and enthusiasm of the students.
Art and Craft Activity
On Children’s Day, the students of classes 1 to 5 engaged in a delightful Art and Craft Activity, and created beautiful paper crafts like wall hangings and hot air balloons under the guidance of their teachers. They used coloured paper, scissors and glue to prepare these handmade craftwork. The classrooms buzzed with excitement as each child proudly displayed their handmade creations, adding a joyful and colorful touch to the celebration.
Global Handwashing Day
On October 15, 2024, Pratap Public School, Sector 6, celebrated Global Handwashing Day with enthusiasm! This year’s theme, “Why are clean hands still important?” highlighted hand hygiene’s crucial role in preventing infection.
Class I and II’s shining stars discovered the power of clean hands through engaging Handwash Hygiene activities. They mastered the simple yet lifesaving steps.

Fairy Tale Presentation

The students engaged the audience with their dynamic storytelling, emphasizing the importance of hard work and planning. Enacting fairy tales is a holistic educational experience that nurtures both personal and academic growth.
No Bag Day
No Bag Day organized by Pratap Public School, Sector 6, provided students with a unique and enriching experience that combined enjoyment with valuable educational lessons. Through engaging activities held by different clubs such as Art and Craft, Physical Fitness, Health and Wellness, Sensitivity to the Environment, and Personality Development, the students were able to learn in a fun and frolic way. This event not only offered a break from traditional classroom learning but also fostered creativity, holistic well-being, environmental awareness, and personal growth among the students.
Pratap Public School, Sector 6, celebrated the spirit of creativity by hosting the vibrant series of Art and Craft activities for the students of classes 1-5. The young artists created beautiful wall hangings using different decorative materials. They not only showcased their creativity and uniqueness but also brought an essence of joy and positivity to our Diwali celebrations.
