Earth Day Gala Celebration on 22-4-26 , in Pratap Public School Sector 6 Nurturing Nature, Securing the Future
Classes IIIC and IVB organised a splendid Earth Day Gala Assembly that spread awareness and responsibility towards nature. The assembly focused on reducing pollution, conserving resources, and promoting eco-friendly living.
Through remarkable performances and seamless coordination, the students effectively conveyed the significance of Earth Day as a reminder to protect and preserve our planet. The assembly concluded with an inspiring message to nurture a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable Earth.

Expressing Love Through Creative Art – Mother’s Day Special
Our Young Pratapians celebrated Mother’s Day by creating lovely and thoughtful cards for their mothers. Each card reflected creativity and heartfelt emotions, showcasing their innocence and joy. These handmade cards beautifully expressed their love and gratitude, making the celebration truly special and memorable.
Our little champs of classes 1 and 2 participated in Health and Hygiene held on 7-5-26 with great enthusiasm and excitement as they prepared healthy dishes like fruit chaat, sprout salad and Bhelpuri.
The activity beautifully combined fun with learning and helped children to understand the importance of healthy eating and hygiene practice.

*A Joyful Visit to the
School Library*
The students of
Classes I & II enjoyed a wonderful and enriching visit to the school
library. With excitement and enthusiasm, they explored a variety of colorful
books, captivating stories, and informative reading material. The visit
encouraged the children to develop a love for reading and to make books their
lifelong companions.
Pratap Public School
proudly organized an English Mass Poem Recitation Competition for the students
of Classes I & II on 17th July 2026. The young participants delighted the
audience with their confident recitation, expressive actions, and enthusiastic
performances, showcasing their growing communication skills, confidence, and
love for poetry.
A heartfelt
congratulations to all the participants for their remarkable efforts and a
special round of applause to the winners for their outstanding achievements!
Celebrating Van
Mahotsav – Painting Dreams, Protecting Trees
The students of
Classes 1 to 5 enthusiastically participated in the Van Mahotsav Art Activity,
bringing their imagination to life through vibrant artwork inspired by nature.
With every colour and brushstroke, they beautifully expressed the importance of
planting trees, protecting the environment, and nurturing a greener future.

आज दिनांक 28.7.26 को प्रताप पब्लिक स्कूल सेक्टर-6, करनाल में कक्षा पाँचवीं के विद्यार्थियों के लिए हिंदी भाषण प्रतियोगिता का सफल आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में आत्मविश्वास,
शुद्ध उच्चारण तथा हिंदी भाषा के प्रति रुचि का विकास करना था।
विद्यार्थियों ने विभिन्न प्रेरणादायक विषयों पर पूरे उत्साह, आत्मविश्वास और प्रभावशाली शैली में अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए। उनकी उत्कृष्ट अभिव्यक्ति, स्पष्ट उच्चारण और मंच संचालन ने सभी को प्रभावित किया।
Pratap Public School,

young and enthusiastic learners of Class IV.
The competition
provided our students with a wonderful platform to express their thoughts,
showcase their speaking skills, and build confidence. Each participant spoke

The performances were
appreciated by our respected Principal, Dr. Puja Walia Mann, who encouraged all

Our
young learners of classes I & II enjoyed an exciting educational visit to
the Traffic Park, where they learned about traffic rules, road safety, and
responsible road behaviour through fun and interactive experiences.

Christmas Celebration
Pratap Public School, Sector-6, Karnal, celebrated Christmas with great grandeur. The school auditorium buzzed with festive cheer. The students showcased their talents through melodious musical performances that captivated the audience. In addition, they delighted everyone with spirited Christmas-themed dances, blending both traditional and contemporary tunes. The vibrant costumes and dynamic choreography enhanced the day’s celebratory atmosphere.

महान शिक्षाविद् एवं प्रताप पब्लिक स्कूल के प्रणेता डॉक्टर आर. एस. भाटिया जी की जन्म शताब्दी,दिनांक 24 नवंबर को प्रताप पब्लिक स्कूल, सेक्टर- 6 के विद्यार्थियों ने उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की और उनके महान व्यक्तित्व एवं शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उनके योगदान को याद किया । इस अवसर पर कक्षा तीसरी ‘अ’ की छात्रा सनाया ने उनके जीवन और उपलब्धियों का वर्णन करते हुए एक सुंदर व्याख्यान दिया। नन्हे-मुन्ने बच्चों ने एक कविता के माध्यम से डॉक्टर भाटिया जी को श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित किए।
English Declamation Competition (Class V)
Pratap Public School, Sector -6 organised an English Declamation Competition for the students of class V on 18th November. The event aimed to foster public speaking skills, confidence, and effective communication skills amongst the students.
They gave impassioned speeches on the topics:

* Joy of Helping Others
The competition was adjudged by Ms. Leena Kalra & Ms. Parul Singh.

Special Assembly (GurPurab)
Pratap Public School , Sector-6 , celebrated Gurpurab with exceptional devotion and joy. The students of class IIA conducted a special assembly on the occasion of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s birthday to highlight the significance of the festival for the young generations. The celebration commenced with a heartfelt prayer honoring the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the first Sikh Guru and the visionary behind the Sikh faith. Serenity and calmness floated in the air with the beautiful humming of the shabads.
Gala Assembly (Children’s day)
Every child is a gift of nature, a bundle of joy, and a beacon of hope.
Children’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Pratap Public School, Sector-6, on 14th November .On this joyous occasion, the students of II B and II C participated in a special assembly.A speech on Children’s Day and ‘Bacho ki Baat’ by the students delighted everyone. The role play gave the message of the importance of education and hard work. Everyone was full of appreciation for the impeccable dance performance of the tiny tots. The vibrant performances showcased the immense ardour and enthusiasm of the students.
Art and Craft Activity
On Children’s Day, the students of classes 1 to 5 engaged in a delightful Art and Craft Activity, and created beautiful paper crafts like wall hangings and hot air balloons under the guidance of their teachers. They used coloured paper, scissors and glue to prepare these handmade craftwork. The classrooms buzzed with excitement as each child proudly displayed their handmade creations, adding a joyful and colorful touch to the celebration.
Global Handwashing Day
On October 15, 2024, Pratap Public School, Sector 6, celebrated Global Handwashing Day with enthusiasm! This year’s theme, “Why are clean hands still important?” highlighted hand hygiene’s crucial role in preventing infection.
Class I and II’s shining stars discovered the power of clean hands through engaging Handwash Hygiene activities. They mastered the simple yet lifesaving steps.

Fairy Tale Presentation
“Every fairy tale is a story of transformation, where the impossible becomes possible.”
Pratap Public School, Sector-6, Karnal organized Fairy Tale Presentation by the students of Classes I & II. The students engaged the audience with their dynamic storytelling, emphasizing the importance of hard work and planning. Enacting fairy tales is a holistic educational experience that nurtures both personal and academic growth.
No Bag Day
No Bag Day organized by Pratap Public School, Sector 6, provided students with a unique and enriching experience that combined enjoyment with valuable educational lessons. Through engaging activities held by different clubs such as Art and Craft, Physical Fitness, Health and Wellness, Sensitivity to the Environment, and Personality Development, the students were able to learn in a fun and frolic way. This event not only offered a break from traditional classroom learning but also fostered creativity, holistic well-being, environmental awareness, and personal growth among the students.
Pratap Public School, Sector 6, celebrated the spirit of creativity by hosting the vibrant series of Art and Craft activities for the students of classes 1-5. The young artists created beautiful wall hangings using different decorative materials. They not only showcased their creativity and uniqueness but also brought an essence of joy and positivity to our Diwali celebrations.
