Parents can meet the teachers of their wards on Saturdays after last period for 20 minutes and at the time fixed for the purpose. They should not disturb the teachers during class hours. If they have any problem, they may contact the Principal/In charge from 10-30 a.m. to 11-30 a.m. in summer and from 12-30 p.m. to 1-30 o’clock in winter on any working day. No school business will be transacted on holidays.
In addition, there will be parent-teacher meetings as per the programme mentioned in the School Diary. In the interest of their wards, parents are requested to meet the teachers on these days.

To see the notes which may be written in the School Diary by the teachers/Principal/In charge and sign them in the column provided.
To write their own remarks, if required, in the School Diary for the information/action of the teacher concerned.
To see that their wards come to school regularly and punctually and are dressed neatly in full school uniform.
Not to let their children bring to school expensive articles. No responsibility is accepted by the school for the loss of such articles.
Not to meet their wards during class except with the permission of the Principal/Incharge.
Not to seek permission for their wards/children to leave the school before time.
Not to seek permission for their wards to leave school immediately after any test.
To attend Parent – Teachers meet held from time to time alongwith the child. The school administration will take a serious view of parents regularly absenting themselves from such meetings.
To avoid criticism of the teacher in the presence of the child because it undermines his respect for the teacher and the school.
To keep the child at home if he is suffering from contagious disease like mumps, measles, chicken-pox,conjunctivitis and send him to school only with a doctor’s fitness certificate.
To ensure that the child packs his school bag for school as per the time-table to avoid being overloaded.
To inculcate in their wards respect for persons, property and environment.
To dissuade their wards from seeking private tutions for this makes them unduly dependent on others.
