To enhance the quality of teaching and empower educators with effective teaching methodology, Pratap Public School, Sector 6, organised a “Training of Trainers“workshop today. Resource persons, Mr Poonam Mendiratta, principal, the Manthan School, Greater Noida, West, Mrs. Namita, Malik, Joint Director, ISTM, and Mr Ajay, Assistant Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax, shared their knowledge and skill relevant to the training topics. The main objective of the workshop was to equip the selected trainers with modern techniques and strategies to further train teachers in the respective subjects.
The workshop began with an inaugural welcome address by our principal Dr Puja Waalia Maan, who emphasised the importance of continuous professional development in the field of education.
Participants were engaged in group discussions, hands on activities and role play exercises to enhance practical understanding.
The trainers shared their experiences and ideas, making the sessions enriching and collaborative.
By the end of the workshop, participants felt more confident and prepared to train fellow teachers effectively, the session concluded with a vote of thanks and distribution of certificates .
