TRAINING OF TRAINERS
A special workshop titled ‘Training of Trainers was organised with the objective of empowering selected trainers with the necessary skills and strategies to effectively train teachers in their respective domains. Mr Tarun Kumar, Joint Secretary and Head, COE Panchkula graced the session with his presence and thoughtful address. The resource persons for the day were Mrs Namita Malik Joint Director ISTM and Mr. Ajay, Assistant Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax .
The event aimed at building leadership, enhancing subject expertise and improving classroom teaching methods through guided training.
The workshop brought together, educators, resource, persons, and training experts from various institutions .
The session began with the traditional lighting of the lamp and a welcome address by school principal, Dr Puja Waalia Mann, highlighting the significance of training the trainers in ensuring consistent and quality education delivery. The resource persons emphasised collaborative learning and encouraged participants to reflect on their own training styles.
The consistent effort by the school management to train the trainers has significantly contributed to a more dynamic and effective teaching environment. The workshop was a great success. It strengthened the foundation for future teacher training programmes and built a community of well equipped educators ready to lead with confidence and competence.
