INAUGURATION OF PICKLEBALL COURT
The inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed pickle ball court at Pratap Public School , sector 6 was held today with great enthusiasm and excitement. The event marked a significant step in promoting sports and fitness among students. The ceremony began with a welcome speech by our principal, Dr Pooja Walia Mam, who emphasised the importance of physical activity in a student’s life and highlighted the benefits of introducing a new and inclusive sport like pickle ball. The chief guest for the occasion, Mr Tarun Kumar secretary and head COE Panchkula officially inaugurated the court by cutting the ribbon followed by a ceremonial serve . Revered members of the management, teachers, students and staff gathered to witness the event and celebrate the addition of this dynamic sport to the school athletic facilities. A demonstration match was held to familiarise the audience with the rules and gameplay of pickle ball Students from different classes, participated and showcased great enthusiasm and sportsmanship
The new court is expected to encourage more students to engage in physical activity and develop a love for sports.
