A Visit to Psychiatric Department

The Psychology department visited the Psychiatric department of Kalpana Chawla Govt. College and Hospital on July 14, 2025. The students were made aware of the different psychiatric conditions. The students were also made familiar with symptoms and prognosis of various psychiatric disorders. The Psychology department is thankful to Dr. Savita Chahal, under whose able guidance the entire visit was carried. It was an exuberant learning experience. The educational visit made the students aware to remove the stigma related to the psychological disorders.
