To acquaint the teachers and students with new Art form , a workshop was conducted by the lead school,Pratap Public School Sector-6 Karnal on 29 September 2022 in the auditorium at 11.30 am in which art teachers and students of Tagore Bal Niketan School , DAV Public School Madhuban ( the partner schools under the umbrella of HOL) and the host school partook enthusiasticaly. Mr Sandeep Bhatia ,promotion Manager North 1 and Mr Parshant Sobti, Promotion Executive Haryana, expertises of various art forms, were the resource persons of this programme who gave demonstrations to make them gain perfection in the sculpture making technique. Finding themselves being equipped with efficacious art form, teachers and students requested to upgrade them in future too by engaging in such opportune programmes. The teachers were endowed with participation certificates and gifts. The enriching session proved to be informative and interesting and was highly applauded.

Inter School Carrom and Chess Competition

Under the aegis of ‘Hubs of Learning’, Indian Navy Quiz Competition and Mock Elections were held in Pratap Public School, Sector-6, Karnal on 21 July, 2022 in which 40 students ( in total) of three partner schools (Universal Academy Sr Sec School , Adarsh Public sr Sec School, War Heroes Memorial School) participated to broaden their horizons and have a positive impact.

The quiz was conducted with the objective of enhancing awareness about Indian Navy among the partakers and make them inclined towards this cohesive three dimensional force. On the other hand, through ‘ Mock Elections’ which was conducted by the students of classes IV & V of the lead school at the auditorium, invitees were given adequate ideas of how the election system in India works . Mock candidates representing different political parties, students (as voters) casting vote through an electronic voting machine and media coverage of election process by the news reporters gave a real picture in the mind’s eye. The Principal, Dr Pooja Walia Mann of the lead school , lauded the efforts of the participants and gave away appreciation certificate to the winners. Both quiz and drill really proved to be informative and beneficial for the students which was quite visible as they left the venue keeping their head high.
